A Recruitment database is an organization's core and its main source of the selection, training, placement, and coaching of new employees. A Recruitment database usually comprises many companies, individuals, or organizations that advertise services and provide a recruiter/recruiter to the prospective applicants. As the need arises, more companies hire the recruiters as the financial resources allow. This helps to keep costs down and enables new entrants to have a stable and reliable income with minimum uncertainty.

The recruitment database also allows the recruitment companies to keep track of the selected individuals with the rest of the companies/individuals, who may have made themselves redundant. With the services offered by such companies, the jobs and their quality of workmanship are well managed.

Other companies also offer this service, but the difference is that, they provide the same service to all prospective employees and let them do the job by appointing the best one.
