1. Texas Parent to Parent
Texas Parent to Parent provides parents and families of children with special needs connect with each other to share information and provide emotional support. The group sponsors field trips and other outdoor events and works with hospital and home care staff to organize in-house recreation and social events, including musical variety shows and themed parties.

3. Partners Resource Network
The Partners Resource Network oversees a network of information and training centers funded by the U.S. Department of Education. The group offers education, training, and information programs to help parents understand and advocate for their child's disability. They also sponsor workshops and provide print and online materials on a range of topics.
